Q: Can I return an unused item?

     A: Yes. Item must be new and unworn. Within 30 days

         of purchase. All clearance sale items are final.



Q: Are volume orders discounted?

     A: Not all manufacturers offer price breaks;

         whenever, there is a price break in quantity we

         pass it on to our customer.



Q: Can I exchange items?

     A: If the item doesn’t workout simply return the

         new, unworn item, along with the proof of

         purchase and we will assist you with an

         exchange.


Q: Can I return a special order?

     A: If the item was ordered especially for you and

         there isn’t a potential buyer, then the return is  

         subject to the manufacturers return policy. If

         you need to return a special order, contact us

         and we will work with you through the process.



Q: Is there a restocking fee for a return item?

     A: We never charge restocking fee on retail orders.

         However, there may be restocking and freight

         charges attached to special order returns.



Q: Are you a retail store?

     A: No. We are a distributor for major manufacturers

         and sell those goods to units, teams,

         and corporations. Our store front is open for

         walk-in purchases of designated items.
